RCMP are now investigating after an incident took place on the Samson Cree Nation over the weekend.
A call was sent out to police to report an injured person on 6 Mile Road just north of Highway 611 Sunday morning at 11am. When crews arrived they took the victim to hospital however was pronounced dead there.
Alberta’s Major Crimes Unit will be investigating and the autopsy was scheduled for Monday.
At this time the name or age of the male victim won’t be provided.
