The owner of a dog that attacked a woman last week will be charged.
A 46 year old Edmonton woman was critically injured in the December 13th attack near Alberta Avenue.
The owner will face three charges including:
- Not having a dog license
- Failing to control or leash a dog
- Dog attack causing injury
The charges are pending as EPS try to make contact with the owner, at this point there’s no update on the victims condition.
