Preparations are well underway for this year’s K-DAYS event, with some new eats set to make their unique tasty debut at this years midway from July 21-30.
Explore Edmonton is excited to announce the food options that will be available for the 2023 summer festival. With the renowned Kraft Dinner soft serve and Korean corn dogs making waves last year, the creative minds behind the fair food for this year have worked hard on stepping up their game. Imagine Cotton Candy on a lightsaber, ketchup and mustard ice cream and mini donut lemonade–you can have them all and more on the midway.
Windspeaker Radio Network spoke with Amanda Frigon, K-DAYS Manager as she talks about what many can expect when they get their hands on this years wacky eats.
Frigon says that when the vendors hit the fair circuit, they get inspiration that helps them showcase their culinary talents with new food that is memorable and Instagram worthy to give Midway attendants things to remember from the event.
