Change is in the air with summer coming fast. Albertian across the province now have a chance for their voices to be heard as the 2023 provincial election was called by Premier Danielle Smith.
Some may see the election as a battle between the Alberta UCP and NDP, some parties like the Alberta party and Alberta Liberals are hoping to get into the Legislative Assembly.
Because of the wide range of needs in the province, Windspeaker Radio Network hit the streets to hear what Albertans are wanting addressed in the upcoming election.
Other issues that candidates will be challenged on are: The High costs of living, public safety for rural and urban communities, community run police services and the on-going opioid crisis.
