2nd Annual Enoch Cree Nation Trade Show & Career Fair held at River Cree Casino

Enoch Cree Nation held their second annual Trade show and Career Fair at the River Cree Resort and Casino, which held vendors in from many fields of trades providing pathways for many seeking employment in industry.

Windspeaker Radio Network spoke with Jessica Cardinal, youth activities coordinator for education and co-organizer for the event, saying that it’s amazing to see the turnout on their second annual trade show career fair.

Cardinal speaks on the added feature of the local entrepreneurs that were an added feature near the tradeshow entrance, selling clothes and ribbon skirts, to hand made jewelry.

In their first annual Career Fair and Trade Show, over 125 youth ranging from ages 15-30, Cardinal says that she hopes to see 300 youth with the help of schools bringing in busses to the career fair.
