ATCO Electricity said power has been restored to most areas in Fort McMurray after an outage Monday Afternoon.
Affected areas included Beacon Hill, Gregoire, Downtown, Timberlea, and other surrounding areas.
At 5pm, Atco reported areas in Gregoire & Beacon Hill still without power, with an estimated restoration time of 8pm
The outage is currently under investigation.
They say the outage affected roughly 3,411 customers in the area.
