Edmonton Police is seeking the public’s help identifying a good Samaritan who assisted with saving the life of a citizen in a non-criminal incident.
The incident took place on the High Level Bridge on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023 at approximately 2:25 a.m.
For his heroic efforts, responding officers would like to thank the man and nominate him for a life-saving commendation. Unfortunately, he left the scene before police could gather his contact information. As a result, the EPS is reaching out to the public in hopes they may be able to connect with him.
The man is described as Indigenous or Métis and is approximately 6’0” tall with a thin build.
He had short dark hair, was wearing a dark t-shirt and was reportedly walking southbound on the west side of the bridge.
