Human remains were found near a fire on the Saddle Lake Cree Nation on Wednesday.
St Paul RCMP found flames coming from a home just off Highway 36 while on patrol just after 12pm. When emergency crews responded, the fire was too out of control to enter the property.
Human remains were found once the fire was taken care of, RCMP will investigate but at this time they don’t believe the death to be suspicious.
