Lac La Biche County has launched a 24/7 complaint line and expanded community patrols to strengthen service and safety.
Residents can now report concerns at any time, with urgent issues addressed immediately and non-urgent matters forwarded to the appropriate department. The County has also increased patrol coverage by adding community peace patrol efforts.
Officials says the changes aim to improve response times and enhance public safety across the region.
Residents can call 780-623-6767 anytime after regular business hours to speak directly with a County staff member.
